Access for Success Initiative

Access for Success helps tourism businesses create more accessible and inclusive visitor experiences and attract a wider range of customers.

The programme combines an accessibility audit, expert-led training and practical guidance to help you understand your current offering, improve your visitor experience and clearly communicate your accessibility features.

Who is it for?

Talk to us if you are:

A hotel registered under Fáilte Ireland's National Quality Assurance Framework (NQAF)
A visitor attraction or activity provider welcoming at least 25,000 visitors a year
A business with at least 10 employees
A business with a physical, visitor-facing facility that can be independently audited
Able to nominate an employee as your Access and Inclusion Lead

A self-assessment accessibility audit of your visitor-facing facility
An audit report with recommendations to help you improve identify and address barriers
Expert-led and self-paced training in accessible and inclusive customer service
Support to develop a bespoke Access Welcome Guide for your business
Ongoing guidance from Fáilte Ireland's Inclusive Tourism team
Support valued at €1,700–€2,500
