• Support to develop apprentices in the skills your business needs 

• The opportunity to train apprentices through structured on-the-job learning 

• The opportunity to develop skilled employees who can contribute to your business as they progress 

• A grant of €2,000 per apprentice per year of their programme (subject to conditions)
