You may be eligible if:

• You are a new entrant to the Irish seafood sector or currently employed within the sector who wish to upskill

Eligibility is subject to terms and conditions. 

Funding for the seafood training scheme and sustainable aquaculture scheme

• The training scheme is designed to create a talent pool for industry by developing skills and knowledge in line with EMFAF priorities.  

• The aquaculture  scheme will support aquaculture operators who hold, and are in full compliance with the terms and conditions of the required statutory consent to engage in aquaculture.
