Hire a consultant to develop and roll out strategic initiatives

Businesses looking to update their business strategy for greater efficiency and growth.

You might be eligible if: 

• You are an Enterprise Ireland client 
• You are a small to medium-sized business
• You are trading in manufacturing or an eligible services industry

Eligibility is subject to terms and conditions.

Two types of grants are available, one for shorter projects of 3-10 days and one for more significant projects:

• Strategic Consultancy Grant 
• For small to medium and large companies  
• Up to 50% of the costs to a maximum of €35,000
• Strategic Consultancy Grant: Short Projects 
• For small to medium, and large companies 
• Up to 80% of the costs to a maximum of €7,200 

• To cover the cost of a strategy consultant who can help you create a plan for the future of your business
• Depending on the size of your company/the type of grant, eligible projects may be limited to specific areas, i.e. environment or gender balance
