Businesses that want to develop their talent pool and gain access to new skills. 

You may be eligible if: 

• You are an Enterprise Ireland, Local Enterprise Office or Údarás na Gaeltachta client

Eligibility is subject to terms and conditions.

• €15,000 per year or 50%of the graduate's salary costs, whichever is lower 

• For graduates with a second language, we provide €21,000 per year, based on a maximum allowable salary of €30,000 per year, or 70% of the graduate's salary costs, whichever is lower 

• Hire up to three graduates at any one time on a full-time contract for 24 months 

• Graduates completing a project linked to your company’s overall growth plan 

• Providing an in-company mentor to work with the graduates 

• Graduates working in any area except sales and marketing
