The training grant is a financial incentive program designed to support existing client companies in upskilling and developing their workforce.

Who is it for?

You may be eligible if:

You are an IDA company that can submit a talent development plan reflecting the upskilling and reskilling needs of their people to address strategic business challenges.

What do you get?

Support to identify strategic business challenges, training to uplift skills and financial support of up to 50% to a max of €3m for training programmes and associated costs.

What can it be used for?

Address talent attraction and retention issues, drive digital skills development, create an innovative environment and culture and enhance environmental sustainability.
