Industry-leading journey for CFOs and Finance Leaders to enhance their leadership and strategic finance capabilities

The programme is designed for experienced CFO's and Finance Leaders of Enterprise Ireland client companies across all sectors. It is aimed at SMEs and Large companies, but all applications are assessed on their own merits. 

Participants should:

• Be members of the senior leadership team.
• Have the ambition to scale and sustainably grow jobs and exports.
• Have the availability to commit to all aspects of the programme.
• Plan on integrating a strategic finance function or person within the business.

• Programme content is delivered in partnership with IESE Business School, with modules taking place in Ireland, Madrid and New York.
• The programme addresses essential topics for financial leadership including; leading the finance function within scaling and innovative companies, driving sustainable growth, leveraging the various types of funding and scaling through internationalisation. Modules are supported by experienced teams of Leadership Coaches and Business Finance Advisors who will work 1-1 with participants. 

• The focus of the programme is to empower finance leaders with the leadership, negotiation and influencing skills needed to be a strategic advisor to the CEO and drive impact within the executive team.
