  • You employ up to 50 people 
  • Your existing business is registered and operating in Ireland

What do you get?

  • A business needs analysis to assess the needs of your business and determine how the mentor can best help you
  • Your mentor will make independent, informed observations and give you advice to help you with the decision-making process  

What can it be used for?

  • To discuss solutions and innovative ways of improving business activity
  • For help with business strategy, financial planning, production planning, distribution and website planning and design
